This new release is an optional upgrade to version 1.0.2. and contains additional feature changes.

Operational Software upgrade<\/strong> P2SH outputs<\/strong> Re-org’s<\/strong> STN reset<\/strong>
The single release binary now runs on Ubuntu 18.04 and CentOS 8. Users of Ubuntu 16.04 and CentOS 7 must build the binary themselves; new build instructions for these OSes have been added to the release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pay-to-script-hash (P2SH) outputs in coinbase transactions are now rejected on block submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fixes related to more efficient processing of reorgs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The STN had a chain reset this month. This reset the chain in order to reduce resource consumption in test environment. To continue to use the STN without interruption\/manual intervention ensure you\u2019re on the most up to date version of Bitcoin SV (1.0.3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
